Please note that PV does not have a public washroom -- we are
especially happy to see the BI Chamber of Commerce pamphlet
"Bathrooms of Bainbridge, Where to go when you need to go". This can be found at the Chamber office, immediately up the hill from the ferry dock at the first intersection.
Bainbridge Island is not large, but does have the basics for
travellers. Most are clustered in one of two places, either downtown
Winslow, or High School Road.
Follows is a brief list of those places the wine traveller might find
useful.
Winslow (Immediately up hill from ferry dock, 1/10 mile, go south 1/10th mile):
High School Road (Immediately south of SR-305, 1 mile up hill from ferry):
- Gas stations
- McDonalds
- Safeway

- B.I.Cycle (bicycle sales, repair, accessories; Winslow)
- Classic Cycle (bicycle sales, rentals, repair, accessories; Winslow)
- Ace Hardware (north of SR-305 at High School Rd., next to McDonalds)
For Parents (various kids places):
- Wilkes Elementary school (great kids play area -- 2/10 mile east of BI Vineyard and Winery on Day Rd.; no facilities)
- Waterfront Park (kids play area, Wed. evening Farmers Market, next to Town & Country in Winslow; public restrooms)
